1. Service Agreements
Before starting any project, a detailed proposal or contract is shared with the client, covering scope of work, timelines, and payment terms. Refunds and cancellations will be considered only as per these agreed terms.
2. Cancellations
- Clients may request cancellation of a project before work has commenced, and any advance payment (excluding administrative or processing fees) may be refunded.
- Once a project is in progress, cancellations will be reviewed case-by-case depending on the work already completed.
- Subscription-based services (like hosting, maintenance, or marketing retainers) can only be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only if services have not been delivered as agreed in the contract.
- No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind after service commencement.
- Services that have been partially or fully delivered.
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of information, content, or approvals).
- For prepaid marketing, hosting, or third-party tool costs, no refunds are available as payments are made in advance to vendors.
4. Exceptions
In rare cases, if MFIT Solutions fails to deliver services as promised due to internal reasons, a partial or full refund may be issued at the company’s discretion.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method used.
